SOEST – pop-up museum The Discovery has won the 2021 Soest Arts Award. The Dis-covery was the initiative of Anita Vreugdenhil from Arts Centre Idea, in close cooperation with Maria Bremmer and Petra Wieman of Lyvore, Idelette Sleurink of SWOS, and Leintje Hoogen-kamp of Kunstuitleen Gooi- en Eemland.
Over a hundred pieces of art, selected by guest curators, have been viewed by the public. The project received the community award of € 2.000 and a replica of the statuette that the winners are given when the award is presented once every two years.
